Explore Mark’s background
After completing an electrical apprenticeship on major industrial projects, he founded his first contracting business at 23. He soon expanded into construction while acquiring, renovating and developing his own properties.
By 30, his company was designing and building executive homes, renovating listed buildings and moving into commercial property. It went on to deliver construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects for major UK organisations.
Today, Mark continues to lead his Construction & Conservation business while focusing increasingly on property investment and acquisitions through Howe Investments. He seeks strong fundamentals and opportunities where operational experience, relationships and active involvement can unlock value.
His approach is grounded in work ethic, resilience and family values. Away from business, he enjoys downhill mountain biking and motorsport track days across the UK.
Kerry Howe

Kerry brings more than 20 years of experience in health and safety, compliance, management systems and business operations.

Moving from a scientific background into health and safety in 2003, she progressed into senior roles after achieving strong results in her NEBOSH General and Construction examinations. In 2011, she became a Company Director with responsibility for CDM Advisory and Supply Chain Management services.
She holds a Professional Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental Management and a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health and Safety Leadership and Management. She is a member of IOSH and ISEP, and Chair of ITICP Ltd.
Kerry has designed and implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 17020 management systems. Her responsibilities include technical and quality management, internal auditing and relationships with external auditors and accreditation bodies, including UKAS.
She combines strategic thinking with a practical approach to governance, risk, operations and relationships. Her acquisition interests centre on preserving the strengths of established businesses, supporting employees and building on the legacy of their owners.
